Olivia Cook
Miss Olivia Cook has been a friendly and familiar face at Leap Frog Nursery School since 2019. She was hired in 2023 as the lead PreK teacher after having worked at the school as a one-on-one student aid, classroom assistant, toddler time teacher and long-term substitute teacher. Miss Olivia was raised in our small, beautiful town of Poultney and has strong ties and community connections to local families and students. She enjoys going for walks, eating pasta, drinking C-Rock teas and loves the color purple.
As a recent graduate from Castleton University Miss Cook has a degree in Early Childhood Special Education and a Vermont State Teaching License with Endorsements in Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education. She is excited to be creating new experiences and lessons for children in the community at the Leap Frog Nursery School. Miss Cook is a soft spoken and calm presence in the classroom and children adore her. Kindergarten readiness will continue to be the focus for the PreK class and Miss Cook will bring fresh and fun ways for children to learn in their everyday interactions.
